RMA Policies
- All products must have been purchased originally from Planet-rom.com
- Shipping boxes must be clearly marked with RMA# or they will be refused.
- Customer accounts must be in good standing to receive RMA #
- Original Invoice must be paid in full before obtaining RMA - no cross shipping.
- Planet-rom.com return authorization numbers are valid for only 15 days upon date of issue. Any returns received after 15 days will be refused.
- Proof of purchase identifying items and quantities must be included in your return shipment.
- Please ensure all products are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Returns must be sent to Planet-rom PREPAID
- Requests for returns on defective product must be received in-house within 20 days of invoice date.
- Defective products must be returned in their original cartons and must include all original components including manuals and software. If all components are not present, product(s) will be returned to you
- Planet-rom.com is not responsible for cracked or missing cd's unless notified within 5 days of receipt.
- Product will be credited to your account at current selling price.
- There are NO RETURNS allowed on any software titles under $10.00. If a software title is sent to Planet-rom valued under $10.00 the product will be returned and no credit will be issued
- The actual problem with the defective item will verified by Planet-rom. Please make sure any technical problems with the products you are sending back are confirmed before leaving your operations.
- Any specially ordered items are non-refundable and non-returnable
